Terms & Conditions


a) You can either be a guest or register an account with us to be able to order online

b) We may decline a new registration or remove you as a user of our site if we believe you have breached any of your obligations under our terms and conditions.


a) We may revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

b) By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in our Privacy Policy Statement.

c) By placing an order through our site you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old


a) Online Orders may only be placed during Monday to Saturday from 5pm-10pm

b) It is your responsibility to ensure all information and details provided is accurate

c) Upon submitting your order, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We may refuse your offer should it be necessary


a) We will deliver only to addresses with any of the following postcode prefixes: NW1, WC1 and WC2

b) If your delivery address does not have the above postcode prefixes, then your order will be available only for collection

c) During busy periods, and also depending on weather and traffic conditions, your order may take longer to deliver. We may contact to inform you of any unexpected delays

d) We aim to deliver your items within 45 minutes after you have placed your order, however you can contact us to check on its status

e) There is a delivery charge of £2.00 for orders under £15.00. Orders including or are over this amount do not incur a delivery charge

f) If you are not present to take delivery of the items at the address you have provided, then you will still be charged the full amount


a) All customers are able to collect their order from The Globe

b) There is no minimium order amount for collection orders

c) Customers who have not collected their online orders at The Globe’s close of business will still be charged the full amount


a) Prices include VAT

b) Prices quoted are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with the “Place Order” button


a) Payment for all items are to be made only by credit or debit card at the point of ordering. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Laser, Switch, CarteBleue

b) We may cancel your order if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused


a) You may cancel an order within a reasonable time (which is usually a matter of minutes) and before the order has been processed. An order will be classified as being processed as soon as food has been used to start preparing the order.

b) Any order cancelled after the order has processed will result in you being charged the full amount

c) Any orders cancelled in accordance with these cancellation provisions and before the order has been processed will result in you not being charged


a) Items are subject to availability. If any items are not available, we may offer you an equivalent substitute. We may also contact to inform you that your ordered items are not available. You may be given the option to change your order, which may affect the price you will pay


a) Contracts for the purchase of items through this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
